What is free
Manual journaling, strategies, accounts, MT5 import, CSV export, the calendar and core statistics are free: there is nothing to refund or cancel.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel a monthly or annual card subscription at any time from the Subscription page of your account, or by writing to support@tradetrackz.com.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access to the Pack continues until the end of the period already paid.
- A cryptocurrency payment does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
Paid Packs are digital content activated immediately. Payments are non-refundable, including for a period already started, an unused subscription or a “lifetime” purchase.
We do refund in the following cases:
- a double payment or billing error;
- a payment for a Pack we were unable to activate for you;
- any case where the mandatory law of your country of residence requires it.
The refund is made by the same payment method. For cryptocurrency, it is made in the same currency to an address you give us, minus network fees.
Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, UK)
By ticking the box shown at checkout you ask for immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the Pack is activated. This waiver does not affect your statutory rights of conformity for digital content.
